Orthopaedic Question

Our office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00p.m. Monday through Friday. Appointments are scheduled each day from 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. If for any reason you are unable to keep your appointment or are running late, we would appreciate it if you would notify us as soon as possible. While we make every effort to adhere to our schedule, emergencies do occur and appointments sometimes take longer than anticipated. We appreciate your patience in these situations. Please know that we take the time necessary to provide the best possible care to every child.

 

David Kloehs, AT-C



David Kloehs, a Certified Athletic Trainer, joined Children’s Orthopaedics of Atlanta as a physician extender for Dr. Marshall. In the roll of a physician extender, David will assist Dr. Marshall with the assessment of injuries, MRI call backs, and a direct line of communication for local athletic trainers.  Before arriving at COA, David served as an assistant athletic trainer at Georgia Tech for almost 6 years.  While at Georgia Tech, he was primarily responsible for the healthcare of the track and field and cross country teams.  Prior to working at Georgia Tech, David had a brief stint with Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.  There he worked as the athletic trainer for Northview High School in Duluth, GA.  In addition, David has also served as the Head Athletic Trainer for Houston Baptist University in Houston, TX. 

 

David, a native of Miami, FL, earned a Bachelors of Education form the University of Louisville and a Masters in Education from the University of Houston.  He resides in Suwanee with his wife Courtney, his son Koa and daughter Kaiya.
