- Exit 105 GA-120/Boggs Rd towards Lawrenceville/Duluth Hwy.
- Keep left at the fork and follow signs for I-85N/Greenville. Do not exit onto Boggs Road/316 but stay on access road.
- Follow signs for GA-120 Duluth Hwy.
- Exit Duluth Hwy West/120W and loop around exit.
- Cross over I-85, Satellite Blvd and Meadow Church Road/Boggs Road.
- Turn right on Meadow Church WAY and Children’s Orthopaedics of Atlanta’s entrance will be on the right.
From I-85 Southbound
- Exit 107 for GA-120E.
- Turn right on GA-120W/Duluth Hwy.
- Pass Satellite Blvd and Meadow Church Road/Boggs Road.
- Turn right on Meadow Church WAY and Children’s Orthopaedics of Atlanta’ s entrance will be on the right.
From Duluth
- Travel east Duluth Hwy 120 towards I-85.
- Do not turn left onto Meadow Church WAY. This is an illegal turn.
- Turn left at the intersection of Meadow Church Road/Boggs Road.
- Go to next intersection just past day care center and turn left onto Meadow Church WAY.
- Go one block and enter Children's Orthopaedics of Atlanta on left.
From GA 316 Westbound
- Take the I-85 N exit toward Greenville.
- Follow signs for GA-120W/Duluth and merge onto GA-120W/Duluth Hwy GA 120.
- Cross Satellite Boulevard and Meadow Church Road/Boggs Road.
- Turn right onto Meadow Church WAY and Children’s Orthopaedics of Atlanta’s entrance will be on the right.
